At KJM our sales-team are non-commissioned and we offer a no-obligation/no pressure quoting process. We do not price in your home, your quote will arrive via email or post. At the time of writing this article (Jun 2024) we had recently completed a project that came in around £3000 per sq m for the complete works other than decoration and the final finished floor.

Rules, known as ‘permitted development’ rights, allow you to extend a house without needing to apply for planning permission if specific limitations and conditions are met.
