Warranty

KJM offers a full ten year warranty on our products with the following important exceptions:

• Broken Glass

 

• Minor imperfections within the glass and outside the scope of the visual quality standards of the Glass & Glazing Federation. Free download GGF Guide Quality of Vision for further information.

 

• Internal or external condensation on the glazing. Free download Condensation Guide for further information

 

• Broken Letter Boxes

 

• Finish of external furniture on doors – Full 10 year mechanical warranty

 

• Paint finishes

 

• Specialist items – Electrical, blinds and timber products – Manufacturers warranty only

 

• Defects arising from fair wear and tear, lack of maintenance, wilful damage and negligence

 

• All claims under the guarantee shall be notified to us within 2 months of when the defect was or should reasonably have been detected.
