KJM are pleased to announce a new addition to our range, Liniar window and door profiles to serve our customers across Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset and Surrey

Linear profiles are extruded in Britain

Linear window profiles are manufactured using lead free uPVC that is extruded in Derbyshire. The Liniar factory is the largest PVC mixing plant in the UK and is one of the region’s largest employers.

Liniar Windows are thermally efficient

The drive for thermal efficiency windows and doors remains the single most popular reason for homeowners replacing old window and doors. The revolutionary Liniar profile is the most thermally efficient system on the market. They achieve a window energy ratings of A+. This is achieved by removing unnecessary steel reinforcement and instead developing the latest multi-chambered technology to stop heat escaping from your home. As a brand new window system, the Liniar team had no constraints.

They spent a substantial amount of time evolving its patented bubble gasket to outclass all others in speed of fabrication and in permeability, They actually managed to achieve zero air leakage during independent tests at BSI. The design of both the gasket and the area behind the gasket is crucial, not only to the permeability of the finished window, but during the welding process where hard lumps can form in the corners of each joint. This can result in cracked sealed units and poor sealing. This design will always ensure a draft seal inside and out.

As a trade supplier it is essential we deliver products that are both installer and customer friendly. Liniar’s patented designs were built with this in mind. The windows are simple to fit, saving our customers precious time and money on the job. There are a full suite of products that also include sliding patio, French and residential doors.
