7th Network Veka Customer Satisfaction Award

Andover's KJM Group has been voted the South's best PVC-U window, door and conservatory installer for the seventh time! This is the fourth consecutive year the company has taken home this customer satisfaction award from a prestigious industry body.

KJM is a member of Network VEKA; an organisation made up of the UK's most professional installation companies, nationwide, striving to provide unfaltering levels of customer service. Every Network VEKA installation is supported by an insurance-backed ten-year guarantee.

To be voted into the top spot again, KJM's customer questionnaires showed higher levels of customer satisfaction than a wealth of respected regional rivals.

KJM received their trophy from Network VEKA MD John Ogilvie at a glittering awards ceremony that followed Network VEKA's AGM in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Congratulating the KJM team on their repeated success, John said: “This not only represents year-on-year victories but it is, in fact, the seventh time KJM has won this category. When you're competing against the best of the best, this really is an outstanding achievement, you deserve to be incredibly proud of yourselves.”

Managing Director Mark Pearce said after the ceremony“It’s fantastic to have won yet again, It means so much to us because the votes come from our customers themselves and they are the people who really matter. We always do our best for every one of them so it is very rewarding to know they appreciate it.”

Mark Pearce

With over four decades in the glazing industry, Mark Pearce has been at the heart of KJM Windows & Conservatories since 1983. Starting as a building labourer, he quickly rose through the ranks, working as a window and door installer from 1984, a factory operator manufacturing windows later that year, factory manager in 1992, and joining the sales team in 1994. Becoming a Director in 2002, and finally, the sole owner in 2010, Mark Pearce is truly a double glazing expert and has led KJM to become a leading supplier of high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories across Andover and the South of England.

Mark Pearce is a highly experienced specialist in the double glazing industry, having built his knowledge from the ground up through hands-on experience in installation, manufacturing, sales, and business management. Beyond his role at KJM, Mark is a keen blogger, writer, and traveller, often sharing insights on the latest innovations in the home improvement industry.
